Our approach is dynamic and job specific. We assist our clients in establishing an appropriate project scope and in identifying those services required from us to achieve their project objectives. Important topics for discussion include issues of schedule and budget, essential for gaining a complete picture of client expectations and job feasibility within a given time-frame. Through preliminary consultations and needs analysis we are able to compile a formal proposal for submission to the client.

Where the project requires the input of other specialist consultants we can advise the client on such needs and offer recommendations on consultant selection indicating at what stage such inputs are necessary.
